A great funny little guy WK aka Kah Chuak once told me tis joke..
WK: Do you knoe that i can sit on the miniture car(the one kids used to sit in supermarket) although I'm adult already?

CH: Yeah.. i know u can lar...got stuck oni u knoe...

WK: I won't get stuck.. The oni diff is, when i put the token in, the car wont move..so i put another one..still the same..no movements.. then i put another 1 and so on and on..hrmm guess the machine is spoilt..the fact is that the car has already moved but I;m too heavy for it to make any movements...

What drives employee to work 24/7 ?

Guys usually says:

2. The gurls

Ladies will choose:

I dunno how true the above statement is

But this is the common respond which i get fr my colleuge

Sometimes, just a little compliment fr the superior

Will make a huge diff

Ex: A simple good job, 'you are the best', 'i know i can alwiz depend on u'

Jsut that simple words/ phrase

Can keep some1 obediently in one place

Thinking that the superior see some shinnig stars in you

Human beings is some very emotional creature

Interpretation and mind reading is important

Some ppl play smart but end up being utilized

While some who're smart, knows how to grab their opportunity
